Horrible service from Rain

If I could give -10 I would. For the last month my internet speed is 1.2-7 mph on a good night , I pay for sped of 100mbp. I have call and put on FB and on the app more then 30 times , no one is interested. They tell you they will find out the issue and call you back and no one calls back ever . However on the 1st of May they didn’t forget to debit my acc . So I paying for no internet and no assistance what so ever !

Again very pool service, after the call on Sat morning and you rep yesterday afternoon I am still waiting?????
Clearly no one cares or put it as a priority as I was told it was .
