Horrible service from Rain

It's been more than a week since I've been experiencing poor network quality from Rain. I've got more than 4 Rain Call Centre Reference numbers. How long will this outage in my area last????

I've paid for service that I cannot use.

Your Indian Call Centre Agents are the worst. They kept on asking the very questions over and over again. More so, they hanged up my call and didn't have the decency to call me back. Just horrible
