Horrible service from Rain

I have purchased a Rain sim card with the upfront payment, since receiving the sim card I have absolutely no signal. Before purchasing the sim I check the coverage in my area and it showed 4G coverage. I have sent messages to your support team, whom initially responded saying that a technician is fixing the problem. It's now 6 days later and I'm still unable to use the service I have paid for, can someone contact me to refund my money as have not used a single MB of data from rain. Rain is the worst ISP on the planet that includes service and signal.
