Horrible service from Rain

I signed up and started using Rain from 1st December 2023. Everything was working well until the 26th December when the speed dropped considerably. It turned out that there is an issue with our tower and this was being escalated. Every time we have contacted their support team, we got different responses but no solution. Today is day 8 and the signal is almost non existent, we work from home and I am now looking for other service providers. The lack of urgency is mind blowing, their Mumbai call centre people said they are fixing the tower remotely, clearly that hasn't worked. Rain, if you care about your customers, resolve this matter today. This issue is impacting everyone in our complex who is your customer.
