Horrible Service from Rain

I have cancelled my subscription in January 2022 and was told the router will be collected, February came and debit went off my account for R499, I made a follow up and told that they will send my query to the cancelations department and courier department. Another month came by and another debit order, for 4 months there was a debit coming off my account and I had canceled the service in January 2022. I need my refund for the past 4 months as I wasn't using the service.
