HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM RAIN

I got my Loop mid October, The device only worked for 2 weeks. I am on an unlimited plan and i have been without internet for 6 days now but i paid the full price. Have been complaining, have a train of reference numbers and somebody was only able to get back to me yesterday after doing a social media complain. I NEED INTERNET BACK.
