Horrible service from rain
I have rain for 6 months and never had problems, 4 days ago my wifi stopped working and I have been calling countless times, I even spoke to manager but all I hear is your query has been escalated, escalated for 4 days whereas I’m paying for a service I am not able to use. I want this sorted by tomorrow and if not I am cancelling and I expect a full refund because I was not able to use the service
