Horrible service from Rain

Got assisted to join Rain by one of the agents and I specifically asked him what they need when my package arrives and he said my original ID I was very clear with the agent before I could complete the transaction that I lost my ID and he said if I have a copy then it will be fine. I made a payment for the Pro rata and today CCD came to deliver my package and the guy refused to hand me the package because I don’t have an original ID and I am ****ed because the agent told me false information. Terrible customer service indeed.
