Horrible service from Rain.

I signed up for unlimited 4G internet with Rain costing R479 about 4 months ago. Ever since I started using their services, I've been constantly complaining about their internet speed. Mind you, it is advertised as 10 Mbps but all I've been getting thus far is speed of 1 Mbps. When I try to bring it up to their attention, I always get the same generic robotic responses like "Do a speed test, give us your location, which device are you using", or sometimes no response at all. I've done all that, I've given that information a handful of times and still it has proven fruitless. I'm still having a horrible experience with that 1 Mbps internet speed, with a company that has a lousy customer service. I've also appealled to Rain that I sometimes use this for work purposes, but my plea seem to have fallen on deaf ears as they are not showing any interest at all. I'm shopping for a new ISP, so I would advise anyone out there to think before using Rain as they falsely advertise this 4G package just to suck you in. Once you sign up, you'll be left to the wolves. And mind you, I'm not the only who's crying. Do your research properly.
