Horrible service from rain

I requested cancelation on my rsin contract by the 29 sep was told I would have to pay on the 1st because it won't be finalized and I was asking myself why because am on a prepaid contract, however I paid on the 1st the said will have network for the rest of the month but their services are off, I don't care anymore I just want them to collect their device as soon as possible because next thing they will tell me to pay again on the 1 Nov worse part I didn't use the nonsense data. This company is a **** honestly
