Horrible service from Rain

The concept of Rain data is great but the reality is terrible. Very fast ordering process, very fast delivery of router and sim but NO customer service and no internet after delivery even if they promise thatvisbwill be activated within 1- 24 hours. I have emailed more that 7 times. A very quick automated response to confirm the query but no one very replies. I have called several times, each time holding for more than 10 min and then forced to drop the call eventually. I have also gone on the live chat on their site, but they just ask you to send an email. It's a dead end. What a pity because the concept is what SA needs to take out these greedy sharks like Vodacom and MTN but without proper customer service they will fail
