Horrible service from Rain

Placed an order for their basic 5G unlimited network on the 28th of September. They promised that I will have the product 3 - 5 working days. Today the 3rd of October which is the 4th day. I called them to enquire about my product. They **** and told me that they had sent my product to Ram courier. I called Ram to enquire and they told me that they hadn't received such package. I canceled all my data contracts, I paid Rain with hopes that they will deliver on their promise. Iam very much disappointed and will definitely cancel this contract with them. I would rather go to Vodacom or mtn and pay lots of money. Atleast then I will have peace of mind.
