Horrible service

So your company refuses to basically cancel unwanted services. I canceled my services with you and tour agent confirmed that it's been canceled, I waited for the router to be picked up instead I was met with calls saying I am behind on payments. 1st, how can I possibly be behind on a prepaid service? 2nd when you tall them you canceled and the router must be picked up its like they are taken through training for this, they hang up lol. If there is one thing that gets me is that they always say calls are recored. Anyway Rain, you don't even deserve this 1 star. I need you to pick up your router and stop calling me to make payment I won't. I don't owe you anything and also your agents could give better service than hanging up.
