Horrible service

Horrible when it comes to canceling. Their support doesn’t call you back, phones aren’t answered. Instead they deduct from your account. Rain double recited after sending numerous requests to cancel!

If I could’ve canceled on the app I would have but I couldn’t! Pay me back Rain!!!!

Hi there

Please help me understand why you’re still trying to debit from my account after debiting twice in one go, and I let it slide??

Now I cancelled this thing as of 30th November and im getting a notification that you’re trying to debit money??

Please sort this out ASAP!!!
