Horrible Service!

So I am paying for a premium package at Rain and there is no internet coverage. All I am getting is reference numbers and no one is solving my connection problem and yet they successfully bill my account every month. The service is so poor and they don’t even care to send a technician or get one to call me and solve this network issue. This is a shame for a company this huge! Horrible service!
