Horrible service - do not waste your money.

Worst internet service provider!! Do not waste your time or money with Rain. My internet has never worked properly with them, and now with load shedding my Wi-Fi works better with the UPS when the power is off?? When the power is on I have no internet connection EVER, and it’s always the same excuse from them - “There is a problem with one of our towers and we have a team on it”🙄🙄 I have tried to contact them multiple times recently and they just never respond. They are not even worth a 1 star rating, just absolutely shocking.
