Horrible service delivery

I am deeply dissapointed in the service i have received even after "escalating" , I am still waiting for the product to even arrive (I have not even received a sms from Ram or CCD) so I cant even change the delivery adress to my home adress

I placed the order on the 20/12/2020 of which i received the mail stating i can expect delivery between 1-3 days on the 3rd day clearly not receiving any notification i called your call centre,spoke to Lerato who said she has escilated the matter and it will be resolved within 3 working days...

I might not be great at math but I can atleast count days and since the "escalation" it has been 5 working days. Can I get the product i have already PAID for or is that to much to ask?
