Horrible service delivery by rain

Rain is the worst service provider I have ever encountered. I have tried calling them since Saturday and sent multiple emails to Tasreeq Osman and Roewaydah Veldman neither one of them bothered to simply respond yet when its a proof of payment they are very quick to acknowledge. An error on their side they are unbothered with getting back to you. When you eventually, get through to support staff they are so rude and do not even bother to assist they pretend like the line is bad and just drop off. Really horrible service delivery especially when you work from home and cant get a hold of your service provider. Unfortunately, cause Rain is rather affordable they will never correct for this as they know regardless customers will still flock. Rain seems to have the philosophy that you get what you pay for!
