Horrible service

I'm so tired of calling the helpline and they keep making a fool out of me, ny router is literally at 1mbps or whatever it is yet the bar keeps showing its connected properly, I've been calling and they tell me move your router I've been complaining about the same thing for 2 months now, on Monday I called and they said its okay they'll connect it to a different station, I'm the only one in the yard that's experiencing this nonsense my neighbors have it and its perfectly smooth and running. I'm wasting money and this is misery as I can't even do my work or any of my academic work. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
