Horrible Service by Rain WiFi

Rain call centre you always speak to someone who doesnt even speak English properly doesnt matter how many times you try to explain your problem they still ask you multiple times to repeat yourself. I have had a connection problem since last year, till today they have never sent a technician to come have a look, everytime you call them they say but on our side network is available. Lately their network sucks it doesnt connects and always poor signal. but when you google and put your address it says signal is perfect. I have been a loyal customer over 4 years now but nope that doesnt even count.
