Horrible service
Bad service, do not even subscribe to their service. When you want to cancel they will continue to charge you for things that do not make sense….they are ****mers and their network is so weak, only works after you made payments for few days and the rest of the month you will experience bad service. Overall they are ****mers and they do not allow customers to unsubscribe to their service. If you choose to unsubscribe they will continue to bill you… ****mers ****mers!!!!!

I’ve sent million emails and raised million snow tickets with no luck and this morning I called rain and there was no consultant to assist me and opted for the call back option, did I receive a callback no. That just show how unprofessional you are.
