Horrible service!!

Extremely disappointed!! I have been a customer for the past 2+ years. Good overall service , and good signal and connectivity. However, in mid November 2021 I decided to upgrade to the 5G network. Huuuuge mistake!!!! I am connected without internet for 90% of the day! Reported the issue to Rain, back and fort email, and still no solution. Advised that they will send a technician (email on 03/12) to assist, but today (9/12) still haven't pitched. Seriously considering cancelation!!!!!
