Horrible service at rain

I hate the service I have received, I have been requesting a cancellation since April, I still have not received it, worst of all the debits tht have been attempted on my account as well as the unauthorised debit that went off.

It has been a full 5 months now waiting for my cancellation, they hv debited me 3 times since June I have no idea why because I told them to cancel. All they good at is making you speak to a rebort
