horrible service and not trustworthy

dont ever get rain. this is the second bad review im having to leave just to get someone to do their job properly. they dont allocate your payment to your account and keep you in arrears then keep trying to take money from the account. weve tried cancelling and are now in the process but it still says arrears. weve sent the proof of payment and spend hours on the phone with them. they have told me they found my proof of payment but why is it not loaded on my account. the debit order went of 15 july already and still nothing. now they keep adding monthly fees which i refuse to pay.
