Horrible service and network connection

I was without internet connection for about 2 weeks and I was calling rain to complain about the issue. I spent a lot of money on data as I was told that rain tower was down in my area. They refused to credit me for the 2 weeks I was unable to utilize the services and I was told that their system shows that the simcard was used during the time their tower was faulty. Horrible experience ever. Do not use rain it is not worth it
