Horrible Service and Horrible Network

I have a month to month network with rain which I have been asking for it to be cancelled for the past 3 months but I really don’t understand which language they understand. It’s not cancelled even now and they just took my money recently for this ******* network that doesn’t even work to the best of my interest. It is horrible. They promised to bring someone to check what might be the problem. I waited and waited for that someone and then they promised to give me a discount as a compensation but everytime they are taking their money, they take the full amount. I am so unhappy, their service is disgusting. I don’t know what is so hard with cancelling a month to month subscription 😡
