Horrible Service and Customer Service

I very Unhappy with Rain Go, I am unable to buy R10 1G Data due to the fact that they removed an option for me to be able , whereas they convinced me to use their services and simcard, when I call I am taken from pillar to post and no one is assisting, instead they are telling me I need to call in when I need data and they will send me a payment link . Everyone I have spoken to says I have escalated the issue and no one has came back to me Very unprofessional and horrible service yet they keep apologising.
