Horrible service and customer avoidance - RAIN Internet

Not worth it. You pay for a service that you don't get. Horrible speeds and you can't depend on the connection. They're not interested in fixing your issue and actively avoid you in hopes that you go away. It's been almost a week now. I get 1Mbps down on a speed test even when selecting RAIN's own speed test server. When I do a speed test on my Vodacom sim I get 100Mbps.

It's slightly better at 3-5Mbps and only on 4G. 5G gets around 0.5 - 1Mbps and disconnects as soon as any traffic is being pushed over the link. I'm supposed to be getting 30Mbps. I'm very annoyed that nobody bothered to even attempt helping me until I had to come here. At this stage I know I won't be taken seriously unless I go to measures like this... What is the point of ignoring your customers? Is this not eventually what happens? I'm honestly quite shocked. It reminds me of Telkom in the old ADSL days when they had a monopoly on the phone lines and could afford to have their customers fight to get any acknowledgment or issue resolved. People had very few viable alternatives. You unfortunately do not. You'll need to make another plan here because 5Mbps is not good enough. I'm getting a fraction of what I'm paying for so as far as I'm concerned I'm being ****med.
