Horrible service and constant connectivity problems
Despicable internet connection. Instead of promised 10 mb line we hardly getting anything with a CONSTANT connectivity problems. Their support doesn't exist. The auto replies state that the matter would be attended 24-48 hours, you can send them numerous emails, but no one bothers to reply at all.

The Rain speed test (when I manage to load the page) indicates 0.7mb download speed and zero upload, however most of the times it just says "connecting" and "web page is not available".
It is impossible to work under these conditions.
