Horrible service and communication

I am trying to activate my rain sim. It glitched on the payment part. Now there is no way to ‘pick up where I left off’ - so I can’t Rica the sim. It shows that they received my payment but I am now stuck. I tried the chat function - literally waited an hour and a half to reach the ‘front’ of the queue only to be disconnected. I have emailed *** numerous times. I receive the generic reply: we have received your email... but then after that nothing.

On the site it says they have been experiencing large call volumes and ask for 24-48 hours to reply. Is have now waited 5 days with no help from them. They have my money and I have a useless sim card.
