Horrible service

Hello I've been having network issues with my 5G for 3 weeks and every time I call or msg I'm told the team is working on it resoli it but ****ing seriously 3 weeks I don't think your team knows what they doing they *********** or you lying to customers cause I seriously don't think there was a technician on site since the issue 3 weeks ago, and not to add I'm st having to buy additional data to work as I'm working from home hence the most expensive package taken but if this is service we getting I'm thinking of look for other alternatives cause seems you don't respect customers or value them.
