Horrible Service

I have been without wifi connection since Tuesday, midday and I have called the contact centre multiple times and my connection has not been restored. No technicians have been dispatched and up until this point NONE of the consultants know when they will be despatched. My call has been escalated twice already and the only response was an email stating they tried to call me on my secondary number which I never even use
