Horrible service
Hi Have been trying to cancel my rain subscription for 2 months. Their self service portal doesn't work, you call and hold on for minutes on end, you request a call back plus send emails. And nobody ever gets back to you. I have now refund all my funds to another banking account, however they keeping trying to debit my account and I'm now frustrated as this is costing my penalty fees.

Thank you for your response. However as I explained to the consultant that called yesterday. I will NOT be paying that balance as I have been requesting for this service to be cancelled before the new subscriptions was due. I requested he to send me email so I can forward all the communication that was sent with regards to cancellation.
