Horrible service!

Rain’s service is beyond frustrating! Always quick to send payment reminders and make threats about cutting off the WiFi, but when there’s no connection or issues arise, they’re nowhere to be found. The customer service is absolutely terrible—no urgency, no proper assistance, just silence. How can we be expected to pay for a service that doesn’t even work half the time? Fix this!
