Horrible service

I ordered a home WiFi device from them, on their website says they cover my area (Kensington). The WiFi isn’t working and I’ve been trying to get a hold Of them for 4 days now , I call, I get left on hold for 20 min and then the call cuts Then I send them emails and nobody ever responds !!

This is appalling service, they should sell products if they can’t account for them !
