Horrible service

The service from Rain is the worst, I’ve never experienced such horrible service. I’ve logged multiple tickets and no one has gotten back to me, I've requested calls and still nothing. I’ve been without internet for a few days now. There is no contact details to reach them. How useless. I’ve cancelled it and still I was debited and received an email from a courier company to set a date for collection, how can you collect the box of you have debited me??? Don’t purchase Rain
