Horrible service

I cannot express how angry am I…I’ve been engaging with the bot every day letting them know how the service doesn’t work I’ve moved it around so many times and nothing actually works..

I called the call center today and the line got cut I made another call where a lady told me the first agent will call me did they ?no!

What will happen they will still try debit my card..why am I being charged for a serivice that doesn’t actually work ? That I’m not even using ? Beats me !!

Still waiting a call back today because nobody cared to call me back 😡I’m utterly ………

I’ve escalated so many time did anyone come back to me ?no did anyone tell me that the ai generated bot is useless ?no so tell me why I still need to pay for a service is haven’t used since 28 April and why the price keeps going up when nobody cares to help me ??????????
