Horrible Service

I work from home. Every day for two hours there's no network in my area. It is supposedly a 5G area. Why do I have to pay for a service that is poor? Worse the respond after 24 hours.

Unfortunately, my network is still down, since 11am today. I missed two interviews because of this issues. Please can some sort this thing out ASAP. Your response with no action has not helped. I need this resolved.
