Horrible service

I recently just joined rain and I’m having a back and forth with them regarding the delivery of the router and sim.. I called their delivery company and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude, I provided her with options as the delivery time she had suggested initially was not convenient for me because I have work. She failed to provide me with alternative dates and time slots that would work for both parties, she was very dismissive and impatient as I have another pressing issue (don’t have ID book, just a copy and my drivers license). I am contemplating cancelling and finding another service provider asI’m not happy with their service and I haven’t even started using their services. Just to have the router delivered has been an extreme sport. Would not recommend Rain..
