Horrible service 😫

Guess who is back again !!!!!

Been battling with my services being disconnected since last week Wednesday 15th Novemeber 2023 . I'm being told that the error is on their side , it's a billing issue that will be resolved . I then received an email on Saturday 18th November 2023 which reads :

Thank you for contacting rain

Please note that your account has been reconnected until the 25th of November

So yesterday Monday 20th my services was disconnected AGAIN !!! Been calling the call centre ever since and all that I get back is that " my issue is escalated " NO TURN AROUND TIME can be communicated ...

The joke is usually on me !!
