Horrible service
I've not had follow up calls or anything, regarding where my package is. No one can track my parcel. These things happen, I understand. But when I spoke to andisa mabida this morning on a 7 minute call, which she wanted to give me a schooling session on how Ayanda's surname is pronounced, I just totally felt disgusted. Let's focus on the task at hand. She giggled throughout the call. Made me repeat my ID number numerous times. Listen, please, this is not a circus.
