Horrible service

Rain has ****** me of my money after canceling my account after waiting on such a long queue a agent assisted however all she could tell me was billing will be contacting me however they did not and I have not been refunded this is ***** I went to my bank as well because this does not show on my debit orders but shows on money out of my account.
