Horrible Service

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service that rain has provided!!! They were so quick with sales but have taken a good 2 weeks and a few days to process my refund! I have lost count of how many times I've called in. I cancelled my subscription on the 30th of April, no contact regarding my refund until I called in 2 weeks later with no clear explanation why it took so long. I logged a complaint with their call center however I have not even received any feedback on that too! I wonder if they have any customer care! I was told my query would be escalated and that I should expect a call from one of the managers but best believe that didn't happen. It's been 4 days since I logged the complaint with nothing from rain. Their service is ****! I regret going for them. I should have known better honestly with all the bad reviews about how horrible their service is! I am truly unhappy and want my money back!
