Horrible service

Been without WiFi during the busiest time of the year for 5 days and Rain tells me everyday they will escalate the issue. I am still waiting for their technical department to phone me back but was told it would only take 24 hours. Support consultants are telling me different things every time I call and their team leader is doing a nonsense job. Horrible service would not recommend at all.
