Horrible service

I ordered a Rain 5G package on the 27th September, I never received a tracking number to track my parcel and their email stated it will be delivered in 1-3 working days, I'm still waiting almost a week later. Horrible network as well as service. I've logged numerous calls but no one takes their customers seriously at Rain!
