Horrible service
I have a month to month subscription with rain currently paying R589 for unlimited bundle it is never working but the way the ask for payment even before you monthly pay date, I let them know of this connections issue on the 19th April 2026 no word from them until today, when they offering you their products the use South Africans to service you when you have issues you will speak to Rose in the Philippines who hardly hears you or understand your frustration not to mention that the prices ridiculously goes up every now and then from May it will be R620 for a shifty service like this...this is very bad service honestly ticket number ***8 Terrible service

25 May 2026, 09:02Hi, you still have not come back to me someone from you team called me and **** to me on the 30th and said my payment would be decreased since I was not getting any service here this morning some girl calls me from collections and says I must pay the full installments 1st what the hell??????also stop nagging customers this is not a contract but a month to month subscription you demand payment from the 15th even though I put my payment date for the 25th this morning I received a call from collections WHY???? I am not owing you damn I can just decide to dump you nje.......
