Horrible service

I have reported that my router is not working and I have not received a call from Rain for almost 3 weeks now, I have sent emails to support, i have called the support number and I was informed that my matter is being escalated , this happened each time I called and I was also told I will receive a call soon but nothing. I don’t think this is professional and it affects my ability to work from home.
