HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered my Rain WIFI 2 weeks ago first was the couriers numerous problems eventually after the 3 time i got my machine. Jay. Nope this is where the rest of my problems started.

All emails and the pamphlet in the box says sim will be activated in 2- 24 hours right, 48 hours down the line it is still down also after numerous calls and emails nothing is happening. i'm at the brink of letting then know to come and pick up there piece of **** and pay back my money. all they say is your card must be activate by the IT department. Question is do they have an IT department.

I am sorry to say you do not doe business like this. VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.
