HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Horrible service shame, they deducted my account on the 25 Feb 4 times when i only have 1 active 4G sim card with them. I have been fighting with them to get them to refund me my money back. I have been calling everyday using my airtime and sending emails to them with a copy of bank statement reflecting the transactions but till to date no response from them. I spoke with Kgomolemo on the 06/03 who promised to call me back once he obtains feedback from the billing department. I called in again today and spoke to Kamva who was clueless about anything i said and gave me an incorrect email address which was apparently for their billing department which came back undelivered of course. This is the worst company ever and wouldn't recommend it to anyone...RUN!!!
