Horrible service

Rain is honestly terrible. I paid the sim card but I cannot connect to the internet. Tried calling them multiple times and when they eventually answer they do not offer any real help. They promised to have my issue fixed yesterday but even to this moment it's still not fixed. The consultants I spoke to today said there's nothing they can tell me that the other consultants haven't told me. Honestly, if I'd just get my refund and cancel this because this service is absolutely horrible. I'd give zero stars if it were possible
